Just a few days after Christmas, Corey's tablet wasn't working.
Dennis was calling tech support but getting nowhere.
Mom to the rescue! I called K-Mart, and they exchanged
it for a new one. That simple! Corey is very happy!

The kids had a 2 hour delay this morning. It was barely
snowing when we got the call. When it came time to leave,

Dennis missed a day of work, but he fixed it!
Furnace needed a $186 part! Guess it could've
been much worse? Just glad we have heat again!!

Ruled out the thermostat. :( Still not getting heat like we should.
The temperature in the house keeps dropping, even when the
thermostat calls for heat. :( ugh.
