September 30

As part of "Spirit Week", today was crazy hat and shades day. (Yesterday they wore their pj's and I forgot to get a pic).

Mom and I had fun putting this spider at the end of the driveway. We are so much alike that we both couldn't help but laugh the whole time. (Remember, Mom, we're doing this for the kids!)lol

September 29

It's beginning to look a lot like Halloween! Mom and I started decorating today.

September 28

It's too hard to choose just one pic today. We went to the "Beagle Club picnic". We've been going every year for a few years now. (It's one of the only "get togethers" that Dennis doesn't mind going to).
Aunt Linda and her cousin and friend, Pat.
They sold tickets for the chinese auction.

Uncle Rusty, the "hot dog man". lol

(He's a member of the Beagle Club).

My sister, Chrissy, playing cards with my mom and some friends.

Collin and Corey showing off their balloon swords made by the clown.

(She was so funny!)

Pappy & Memmy Moyer came to visit tonight!

September 26

I didn't take these pics, but I received them in a e-mail last night. My dad took them and it's his car. I am still kind of in shock, but glad that dad wasn't hurt (although he is heartbroken). His hood flew open while he was driving. I'm sure I will be posting a pic of "her" (his car) sometime in the future and it will look good as "new" (or as "new" as a '53 can look). If anyone could fix "her", it's my dad. :)

September 25

Mmmmm! I made more rice balls for supper tonight. (We had them last week too!) They're a pain to make, but they're sooooo good! :)

September 24

Every morning, the boys and I look at the dew on the spiders' webs. They look so awesome! Up close, it almost looks like strings of pearls.

September 23

I didn't have many pics to choose from tonight. I tried to get a pic of my mom being a backseat driver in her own car, but the reflection of the blinds on the window made it impossible to get a good shot. You lucked out this time, mom! I'll get you sooner or later! lol

September 22

My view when I wait for Corey and Collin to get home from school.

I look up the road.........

and I look down.

And I wait, and wait, and wait.

September 20

My (dirty) little pirate, Corey. He made his pirate garb in Library at school. (Collin can't remember where he put his but asked to have his pic taken with his tomorrow when he finds it.)

" Little Miss Giggles"
Allie and her Memmy (my Aunt Betty) came to visit today. We had lots of fun with the chalk board and we made Krabby Patties. She's such a cutie and I just love her giggles!
Allie, I asked the boys if they were done with the Krabby Patty maker and they said that you can have it. I will look for the rest of the buns and then you can have it and keep it at your house. Come and visit us again!

The camera never made it out of the bag today. I made this wallpaper for my laptop last April.
Today would be my "Nanny & Pappy" Highland's 61st anniversary.

Silly dog. lol We had to put Toby's food dish on top of the cats' dish so he would eat his food instead.

September 14

A pic I took yesterday of Jim's 56lb watermelon. Oh, how I would've loved a slice of that!

September 13

Glenn's (my brother-in-law) new "toy". lol

September 12

The boys did a great job of keeping a secret. "Memmy" (my mom) was in her room making something for me and they wouldn't tell me what it was. The secret was well worth the wait. I LOVE butterflies and LOVE that my mom made it for me. :) Thank you, Mom!!

September 11

The arrow pointing down is where my uncle lives. The arrow pointing to the right is the hill mom and I are going to ride our bikes up to get there. LOL The picture doesn't show the bottom of the hill, but I can tell you, it is quite the hill! My van gets tired going up it. (The pic was taken from a few miles away.)

September 10

Not the greatest pic, but Ted (my brother) and I tried to get a closer look at the blimp. We drove all the way out to 309 from 443 and it just kept getting further and further away. Ted and I both thought it was funny that it doesn't take much to amuse us. LOL

"Inflation" (pun intended)
Not long ago it was only a quarter.

September 8

Corey was too interested in his new book and belt loop to look at the camera. My boys are now Tiger Cubs. Cub Scout registration was tonight, and if scouting goes anything like tonight did, I'm in real trouble! Corey vomitted and then minutes later Collin had a bad nose bleed. YIKES!

September 7

No requests for pics of the kitty and too busy to get the camera out today. I'm sharing a *Flashback*. This pic was taken in the early 70's . They are my grandparents, my "Memmy & Pappy Frohnheiser". I love the look on Pappy's face. I will always remember his not wanting his picture taken. lol I wish they could be here today, but I know that they are in a much better place. I look forward to the day that I get to see them again, and I'll forever cherish every memory that I have of them.

September 6

A freecycler requested a picture of the kitten, so I took a pic that didn't make him look like a bat. LOL He's so adorable and sweet! Can you give him a good home? (You know you want to!)

September 5

I'm trying to find a "real" home for this little guy. For now, we are calling him "Pee-Wee". This pic is funny because he reminds me of a bat. lol

September 4

I'm not sure what I was saying when Brad snapped this pic? (What a goofy smile! lol)
Tonight was "Meet the Teachers" night at the Middle School. I am very familiar with this teacher. He teaches 5th grade Science. He was Brad's teacher 2 years ago, and my teacher almost 30 years ago. I am so glad we stopped by his classroom so I could tell him just how much of a positive influence he was in my life and how much I STILL remember from being in his class. He is one of the very best teachers I've ever had! Thank you Mr. Siddlow and I hope you are still there when Corey & Collin reach 5th grade! You are such a great role model!

September 3

I didn't take a pic today, so I'll share one from last Friday. Trevor with his lucky purple ball. lol

September 2

My mom's things are in the truck. Tonight we moved the majority of her things here. We unloaded some tonight and we'll do the rest tomorrow morning.

Mom, I forgot to make a "Home Sweet (Temporary) Home" sign for your room again. *wink* lol It's going to be so nice to not be the only female in this house. I'm glad you're here!

Dennis spent his Labor Day working. He installed Sue's (the landlady) new door. It looks great! :)
