Dennis missed a day of work, but he fixed it!

Furnace needed a $186 part! Guess it could've

been much worse? Just glad we have heat again!!

Ruled out the thermostat. :( Still not getting heat like we should.

The temperature in the house keeps dropping, even when the 

thermostat calls for heat. :( ugh.

We've decided to put the back yard back to how it was when we moved in.

I told the landlady about the roof over a month ago.

Guess she forgot about it? I'm no expert, but it looks

like some repairs are needed?? UGH!!

LOOK! After 4 years (maybe longer?),

I can finally open BOTH dining room windows!

The landlady had someone come to fix them today.

(I use the word "fix" lightly. ugh.)

Hard to believe that I am anxious for Spring.

Every hill has to be cut with a push mower.
